Tee time availability is determined by each individual golf course on GolfNow. The majority of golf courses make their tee times available between five (5) and fourteen (14) days in advance. However, some golf courses may choose to make their tee times available 30 to 90 days in advance or further depending on their business practices.

To help you find the best prices on tee times at all of our golf courses, we compare the currently available rate to past purchases for the particular golf course over the previous six-month period. The strikethrough price represents the highest price other golfers have paid for a tee time at the golf course in the last six months.
In order to provide GolfNow members with the best prices, Hot Deals tee times available through GolfNow require payment in full at the time the reservation is made. In addition, some golf courses may require partial or full payment to be made online during the reservation process. Those requirements are specific to each golf course and subject to their tee time reservation policies.

Tee time reservations may be canceled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) cancelled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; or 3) you are a GolfPass+ member with at least one of your ten (10) free tee time cancellations available to use. Any refunded amounts will be available as credit to use toward a future tee time booking.
Tee time reservations may be modified or cancelled when necessary. However, they are refundable only if: 1) modified or cancelled 24+ hours in advance of the tee time; 2) the golf course is closed on the day of play; or 3) you are a GolfPass+ member with at least one of your ten (10) free tee time cancellations available to use. Any unplayed reservation can be cancelled and refunded if the golf course is closed on the day of play. To cancel a reservation due to weather, go to your View Reservations page and click "Modify Players or Cancel" on the reservation you would like to cancel. Select the number of players you wish to remove from your reservation and select "Weather" for the reason of cancellation, then click "Submit Cancellation." If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Hot Deals reservations are non-refundable once your round has begun. Tee time reservations paid at the golf course adhere to the golf course's rain check policy once the round has begun. Please see the golf course pro shop to be issued a potential rain check.
No-Show Policies can vary at each golf course. Most golf courses reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the round for any golfers that do not show for a tee time reservation or who do not cancel within the golf course's cancellation policy.
GolfPass+and GolfPass+ VIP members may cancel their reservation online at least one hour prior to their scheduled tee time and will not be charged as long as a a Tee Time Protection tee time credit is available on the member's account. However, if you do not cancel at least one hour prior to your scheduled tee time or have used up all of your Tee Time Protection credits, the golf course reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of the round.
GolfNow has individual contracts and arrangements with each golf course listed on GolfNow.com and the GolfNow app. As a result, some golf courses can be found on the course exclusion list, meaning that some Promo Codes and Rewards Codes cannot be used at those courses. The terms of the contract with some golf courses may also prevent the use of Promo Codes on Hot Deals tee times and other tee times that have already been discounted. All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If your greens fees are due at the golf course, we will cancel your reservation only if the golf course gives us approval to do so. Hot Deals Tee times cannot be cancelled unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play. The GolfNow Gift Card is transferable as long as no transactions have taken place. Once the gift card has been partially or fully redeemed while a user is logged in to his or her GolfNow account, the funds are automatically linked to the GolfNow account on which it was used.
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
At this time, e-gift card purchases can be made only with a U.S. credit card, (with a U.S. billing address). E-gift cards can be sent to any email address, and can be redeemed for any eligible purchases made in U.S. currency.
