Breaking the Burnout Cycle is a 1 day group training programme for employees which they can engage in as part of their continued professional development or protected training days. This training takes a mind, body, soul, integrative, trauma informed approach to burnout prevention, stress management, resilience building and self care.

This 1 day training can be delivered remotely or in person, it is quite an interactive training day so I always find in-person works best as it also helps with digital wellbeing.
