Life Coaching consists of me  partnering with yourself in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. 


I Specialise in Emotional Wellbeing and Empowerment Coaching; helping individuals to heal from emotional pain and potential trauma, help build self-worth and confidence.

 

I am passionate about helping people let go of fear and self-limiting beliefs so they can reconnect with self, find their purpose, discover their power, and manifest a life they deserve and desire. 

I help individuals, connect with their intuition, their dreams goals and desires and help them step into the the person they want to be and into the life they want to live. Free from emotional pain, burnout, fatigue, stress, and anxiety; using self-care and self-love along the way, cultivating a deeper more loving relationship with yourself.

It's time to kick the inner critic, I see the light in you, I just want to help you see it to. I am here by your side on this journey. 

Coaching is not pschotherapy, though it may feel therapeutic. Psychotherapy tends to focus on the past where coaching focusses on the future, goal setting and prgoress towards dreams and desires. Although I do some work on past memories and we explore the theta stages of your childhood to identify where self-limiting beliefs may have been formed, the foundation of my coaching method focusses on your potential and building on your positive aspects of self, and strengthening them so you can show up as the person you were born to be. 

I am trained in Creative Expressive Therapies (BA Hons), NLP, Anxiety and Depression Managemnt, EFT (tapping), Meditation and Mindfulness, Youth Yoga, Mental Health First Aid. I trained with the Clique Acadamy to become a certified Life Coach. I use the above techniques along with the Clique Method and Law of Attraction in a holistic and person-centred way to help you find your true authentic self, let your light shine and have a life of freedom and abundance.

  • Steps to help you take inspired action.

  • Connecting to the divine feminine and surrendering to the Universe.

  • Tasks and exercises are also given each week to help you commit to yourself, have the best outcomes so you feel empowered, connected and energised.

Low self-worth?

I understand, I have been there.
My low self-worth caused:

  • Me to stay in a toxic relationship for too long.

  • Work far too many hours at my job for far too little financial reward.

  • Me to feel like I was never good enough so perfectionism took hold of me and took me away from being my authentic self.

  • Burnout.

  • Social anxiety and generalised anxiety which caused with to withdraw and I felt alone and isolated.

  • A panic disorder.

  • It caused me to feel ugly and inadequate so I would spend all my time at the gym.

  • I did not think I was worthy of food and I developed an eating disorder and I had an awful relationship with my body, I constantly punished it.

  • This self-abuse stemmed from low self-worth caused burnout and contributed to a diagnosis of M.E and fibromyalgia.

  • Me to think that I was worthy to have nice things and so I never went on holiday and I lived in a dingy room of a shared house because it was the cheapest option.

The great news is, low self-worth is a mindset. It is a belief that is cultivated in our childhoods for various reasons and then events through life affirm it. But that is all it is, a belief, it is not a fact and the great news is, we can create new beliefs that serve and empower us. We can reset our mindset with help and support.

  • We are all born worthy.

  • We are all born with a right to take up space in this universe.

  • Nobody has a right to take that away from you

  • You are worthy and deserving of your wildest dreams.

  • You are enough.

  • The universe needs your light.

  • Just because you shine and take up space, it does not take light or space away from anybody else, it gives them permission to shine and take up space too.

  • There is enough space and light for us all.

  • This may be hard to believe now but trust me, you will.
